Assigeco Solutions is part of a group formed following more than 30 years of activity, whose main companies are the R.I.B. Group: Reinsurance International Broker Spa, and Assigeco Srl.

The R.I.B. has been active in Italy since 1988, as a reinsurance broker, while L'Assigeco Srl is one of the leading independent insurance brokerage firms in Italy.

Assigeco Solutions was established in the first half of 2007 as a business unit of Assigeco Srl. In its first year of activity, it dealt with the implementation of loyalty programs. In January 2009, Assigeco Solutions became a limited company, accepting the challenges set by the current labour market, proposing itself as third party administrator to companies and bancassurance, but also in the design, development and offer of Contact Center services, and interactive marketing, to companies and businesses operating in different market segments.
